The company was founded by Martín Julián Rojo Rodríguez in 1999 together with several partners. A few years later Martín became the sole owner of the company, until today. Martín's long experience in the insurance sector goes back a long way, since before having his own brokerage he already worked in the insurance sector, from an early age. Graduated in Economics, the world of insurance is his passion and it shows. Thanks to this passion, the company has become today a solid and stable company. At Massera there is a family atmosphere like few companies, and that is one of our secrets. You will feel at home from the first day, our desire for service is what makes us improve every day. We only work with world-class insurers in order to ensure that our clients' high expectations are met. At Massera we work for and for our clients, we owe it to them. Currently, in addition to Martín, the team is made up of Violeta Gómez and Ana Noé, both with extensive experience in the insurance sector.

Executive Director mr. Rojo is the founder and CEO of the company. He has dedicated his entire life to the insurance sector, he founded Massera in 1999.
Violeta Gómez Patiño
Business manager Violeta has worked closely with Martín since 2008. She is the oldest employee. She has been in the insurance sector since that year he began working with Martin at the company.
Ana Noé Edo
Business manager Ana is the latest addition to the company. She started working at Massera in 2018. Her career has always been linked to the insurance sector.
